     Senior Software Developer


Support and maintain different software applications for major airline's internal portal. Take lead role in developing new applications, mentoring small to medium sized teams on system design and architecture. Manage offshore resources, assigning them work and following up on a day-to-day basis throughout the delivery. Work with IT management team on project coordination and project management. Continuously strive for state of the art software solutions via continuous research and development of current methodologies and technologies. Work with junior developers and business and product owners over the entire product cycle to deliver accurate and efficient software product(s). Use Agile Software development methodologies like SCRUM as an iterative and incremental framework for projects and application development. Relocation to work at client sites throughout US may be required in the future. Requires: Bachelors + 3 year experience that must include knowledge in .NET technologies, data controls, programming languages(Java, VB.net, C#, VB 6.0) & Web Technologies (ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, AJAX, XML, XSLT, CSS, HTML, Classic ASP, JavaScript, jQuery) & development tools: Visual Studio etc
     Information Security Analyst


Information Security Analyst Perform Annual Risk Assessments for "High, Medium and Low Risk" systems and analyze business functions and verify ownership/control of information system elements and vulnerability and mitigation strategy plans for individual information assets and business processes as necessary in accordance to the Statuary and Regulatory Requirements such as Texas Administrative Code (TAC 202), Health Insurance Protection and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), National Institute of Standards and Technology (N IST) 800-30 : Risk Management Guide for Information Technology Systems, Health and Human Services (HHS) Enterprise Security Policy Standards and Guidelines. Document known gaps between identified risks and mitigating security controls, and any acceptance of risk, including justification and produces an executive summary of the vulnerabilities with the corrective actions and observations for Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and/or Personal Health Information (P HI) data during the Risk Assessment. Work on the Network Security Incident Response management project. Create the Incident response management process. Work on Network Security Audit responses. Develop the Information security risk management process. Create and manage risk assessment project status updates, presentations, project schedules and dependencies related to project. Requires: Masters + 3 years of experience (will also accept Bachelors + 5 years) in IT project management or equivalent IT leadership, risk analysis, and monitoring IT business processes and controls. Demonstrated skills in variety of compliance controls and in Information Security Management, Quality Management & Business Continuity Standards and Business Practices and management of overall Information Security. Advanced skills in MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong Project/Program Management capabilities with demonstrated experience in evaluating risk and identifying critical path activities. Strong capabilities with complex project management including project planning, scheduling and accountability management. Ability to travel/relocate to clients sites as needed.
